Farrar Jean 9th December 2023, peacefully at Braefield Private Nursing Home, formerly of 79 The Commons Broughshane.  Much loved wife of Stanley, loving mother of David, Susan and Timothy, mother in law of Noreen and Eamon and a much loved grandmother. 

Funeral service in Henry’s Funeral Parlour, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE on Wednesday 13th December at 12noon interment afterwards 2nd Broughshane Presbyterian Church burying ground.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, address above for the Alzheimer’s Society. 

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, family and family circle.

Dallas Ann 10th December 2023, peacefully at Rose Court Care Home (after a long illness) formerly of Old Grange Avenue, Ballymena.  Beloved wife of the late Nevin, loving Mum of Irene, Sandra, Karen, Pamela and Peter a dear mother in law, grandmother and great-grandmother. 

Funeral service in West Presbyterian Church on Friday 15th December at 1pm interment afterwards Ballee cemetery.  Family and friends welcome to call at the home of her daughter and son in law Pamela and John Davis, 14 Old Galgorm Dale, Ballymena on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th from 4pm to 8pm.  No flowers please, donations in lieu if desired may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for Dementia N.I.

Millar Dr. Sydney, Légion d’Honneur, CBE, MBE, 10th December 2023, peacefully at his home, 2A Fairways, Broughshane.  Beloved husband of the late Enid, loving father of Peter, Jonathan and Lesley, dear father-in-law of Jill, Sarah and Bryan, devoted grandfather of Oliver, Patrick, Kathryn, Ellie, Kane, Aimee, Will, Hannah, great grandfather of Penny and loving brother of Jimmy, Audrey, Reba and the late Trevor and Bee.  After a private interment, a Service of Thanksgiving for Sydney’s life will be held in West Presbyterian Church on Thursday 14th December at 12 noon.  House strictly private.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for Marie Curie.  Sadly missed by his loving family and family circle. “The day thou gavest Lord is ended”

Cubitt David (100 years old) 10th December 2023 peacefully at Marina Care Home, formerly of 10 Rathlin Drive, Ballymena.  Dearly loved husband of the late Margaret, much loved father of Martin, Audrey and Alison, loved and respected by his daughter-in-law Rosemary, son-in-law the late Billy and son-in-law Paul, adored grandfather of John, Julie, Joanne, Caroline, Lynn, Steven and Rachel and doting great-grandfather of Joshua, , Elijah, Jacob, Eva, Caleb, Roan, Alfie, Ruben , Zoe, Gracie and the late Katie

A Thanksgiving service for David’s life will be held in Harryville Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 13th December at 2.30pm, following a private family committal,   House strictly private, family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for Harryville Presbyterian Church Boy’s Brigade.  Will always be loved and remembered by his family.  “Safe in the arms of Jesus”

Blayney David C. (Davy) 8th December 2023

The family of the late David (Davy) Blayney wish to express their sincere gratitude to those who sympathised and who supported them in prayer, during their recent bereavement.  To all that brought gifts, phoned, sent messages, cards and donations in lieu of flowers for REVIVE RVH Critical ICU, attended the funeral or helped in any other way, we are most grateful.  Special thanks to all those who stopped and provided assistance at the scene of the accident, the Emergency Services, Medical Staff at Antrim Area Hospital Emergency Unit and Belfast RVH Critical Care Unit, Pastor D Campbell (Lisnaskea Emmanuel Fellowship) for his prayerful support; the Rev J Greer and Rev A Stewart (Ballymena Free Presbyterian Church) for their pastoral care and conducting the funeral services; to those who supplied refreshments and the catering team at Ballymena FPC for their help.  A final word of thanks goes to the staff of James Henry Funeral Services for the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.  Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

Funeral service in Ballymena Free Presbyterian Church on Tuesday 12th December at 12 noon, interment afterwards Ballymena Cemetery. House closed.
