Calderwood Caroline (nee McKinley) 14th September 2024 (suddenly at hospital), late of  29 Old Portglenone Road Ahoghill.  Much loved wife of Trevor, loving Mummy of Leanne and Kerri, dear mother-in-law of Matt and Ryan and beloved sister of Gregory and daughter of the late Dorothy and Walter. House private. A service of celebration for Caroline’s life will be held in High Kirk Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 18th September at 11 am interment afterwards Ahoghill New Cemetery.  No flowers please, donations in lieu if desired may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for Macmillan.

Ballentine John 12th September 2024

The wife and family of the late John Ballentine wish to express their heartfelt and sincere gratitude to all their friends, family and neighbours who supported them during their recent sad bereavement.  We thank those who sent cards, messages, visited the home, attended his funeral and donated to Headway, Ballymena.  We are grateful to the P.S.N.I. and the Paramedics for all their help.  We would like to thank the carers for their attention to John.  Thanks to Rev. E. Kirk for his home visits and for conducting the funeral service.  Sincere thanks to James Henry Funeral Services for their compassion and professionalism shown to us during this difficult time.  Trusting this will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

Ballentine John 12th September 2024, suddenly at his home, 86 Rosses Farm Ballymena,  beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Sharon, Mark and Steven, devoted granda of Emma, Kathy, Robyn and Rachel, Ga Ga of Alexander and Charlotte and dear brother of Phyllis (Spence) and Henderson.

Shaw Claire (nee Blair) 7th September 2024, peacefully at Prospect Private Nursing Home, formerly of Old Galgorm Road, Ballymena.  Beloved wife of the late Tom, loving daughter of the late Thomas and Susan, much loved sister of Nan and Thomas and sister-in-law of Georgie and the late John (Caldwell).

Foster John 4th September 2024, at hospital, after a long illness, late of 20 Dreen Road, Cullybackey.  Beloved husband of Julia, loving father of Simon, Audrey and Lisa, much loved father-in-law of James, adored granda of Jordan, John, Morgan, Zach, Ellie, Molly, Matthew, Emma and Daniel and devoted great grandfather of Reuben, Rory, Riley, Thomas, Jonah and Teddy. 

Funeral service in Ballee Baptist Church on Monday 9th September at 12.30pm, interment afterwards Ballymena Cemetery (Cushendall Road).  House private.  Family and friends are welcome at Henry’s Funeral Parlour 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE on Friday 6th September from 6pm to 9pm.

Foster Samuel (Sammy) 28th August 2024, peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital, after a short illness, late of 262 Doury Road, Ballymena BT43 6TU. 

Devoted husband of Angela, beloved father of Nial and Aaron, much loved father-in-law of Kathryn, loving grandfather of baby Samuel James and dear brother of Sandra, Mervyn, Linda and the late Marlene and Beatrice. 

After a private family interment, a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Sammy will be held in Wellington Presbyterian Church on Sunday 1st September at 2.30pm. 

Family and friends are welcome to call at his late home on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August from 2pm to 9pm.
