Smyth Romayne 15th August 2025, suddenly at hospital, late of 15 Markstown Close, Cullybackey.

Much loved wife of Steven, loving sister of Nyreen and a dear of sister-in-law of Colin.

A service of thanksgiving for the life of Romayne, will be held in Ballymena Methodist Church on Wednesday 20th August 2025 at 12noon.

Family and friends are welcome to call at her sister Nyreen and brother-in-law Colin’s home, 32 Ballymontenagh Road, Gracehill.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena, BT43 6EE for The Renal Unit at Antrim Area Hospital (please make cheques payable to N.H.S.C.T).

Lovingly remembered by her sorrowing husband, sister, brother-in-law, nephew Peter and Wife Rachel and nephew Jordan.

Greatly loved and now greatly missed.

Gregg Owen William, 2nd August 2025, after a long illness, bravely borne, late of 16 Parkmount Road, Ballymena. 

Beloved husband of Dawn, loving father of Callie and Cara, much loved son of Pat and Ian, cherished brother of Ryan, Conor and Cara, brother-in-law of Joanne, Claire and Aidan, son-in-law of Raj and David, brother-in-law of Kelly and Neil, dear uncle of Jamie, Georgie, Emmylou, Sofia, Lucas, Nina, Danny, Joni and Elliot. 

Funeral service in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium on Friday 8th August at 2pm.

McCartney Hubert 25th July 2025, suddenly.  Late of 102 Queen Street, Ballymena.  Much loved partner of Tracey, loving father of Luke and Zach, step father of Kai, dear brother of Caroline, brother in law of Samuel (Hughes) and cherished uncle of Megan.

Henry Margaret (nee Murray) 23rd July 2025, peacefully at Craigdun Care Home, formerly of 23 Longcommon, Ballymena.  Much loved wife of the late Albert, loving mother of Elizabeth, mother-in-law of Neil, devoted grandmother of Niamh and Patrick and dear sister of Danny and the late Elizabeth.

Kyle Dr. Maeve O.B.E. OLY  23rd July 2025

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Dr. Maeve Kyle OBE OLY, Ireland’s first female Olympian, international hockey player and trailblazer for women’s sport will be held on Saturday 25th October at 2pm in St Patrick’s Parish Church Castle Street, Ballymena. 

Kyle Dr. Maeve OBE, OLY  23rd July 2025, peacefully at Lakeview Private Nursing Home. 

Beloved wife of the late Sean formerly of Old Galgorm Road, Ballymena, loving mother of Shauna and grandmother of Indy.

A Memorial and Thanksgiving service for the life of Maeve will be held in St Patrick’s Parish Church, Castle Street, Ballymena on Saturday 25th October 2025 at 2pm.

Always loved and remembered by her family and family circle.
