The wife and family of the late John Ballentine wish to express their heartfelt and sincere gratitude to all their friends, family and neighbours who supported them during their recent sad bereavement. We thank those who sent cards, messages, visited the home, attended his funeral and donated to Headway, Ballymena. We are grateful to the P.S.N.I. and the Paramedics for all their help. We would like to thank the carers for their attention to John. Thanks to Rev. E. Kirk for his home visits and for conducting the funeral service. Foster Samuel (Sammy) 28th August 2024, peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital, after a short illness, late of 262 Doury Road, Ballymena BT43 6TU.
Devoted husband of Angela, beloved father of Nial and Aaron, much loved father-in-law of Kathryn, loving grandfather of baby Samuel James and dear brother of Sandra, Mervyn, Linda and the late Marlene and Beatrice.
After a private family interment, a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Sammy will be held in Wellington Presbyterian Church on Sunday 1st September at 2.30pm.
