In Loving Memory of Jean Hunter

Peacefully passed away at the age of 97, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late John Hunter, and dear sister to her late brothers and sisters.

Cherished mother (Ma) of John, Ruth, Iris, Robin, Paul, and Janice, and loving mother-in-law to Gregory and Sharon.

A devoted and much-loved Nana to Lee, Dean, Emma, Jordan, Jay, Kora, Holly, Ethan, Robbie, and Jenna, who will always remember her with deep love and affection.

Jean will be fondly remembered for her warmth, kindness, and gentle heart. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed by her entire family circle and friends.

Funeral service in her home, 42 Loughloughan Road, Broughshane on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 2pm, interment after 1st Broughshane Presbyterian Church Burying Ground.

Much loved wife of Jackie, loving mother of John and Yvonne, dear mother-in-law of Jeffrey, a devoted grandmother of Holly, Georgia, Emma and Daniel and great grandmother of James and Dylan.

Funeral service in First Portglenone Church on Sunday 2nd November at 2pm interment afterwards Portglenone New Cemetery.

Much loved husband of Eleanor, loving father of William, Jacky, Jayne, Lynda and the late Alison, dear father-in-law of Margaret, Stephen and Kieran, a devoted grandfather of Ryan, Joanne, Adam, Niamh and Erin and a loving great grandfather. Montgomery Robert Francis (Bertie) 10th October 2025, died peacefully at “The Glens” residential home, Cushendall with family by his side.

Beloved husband of Olive, loving father of Siobán, Michael, Patrick and Jonathan, a well-loved father-in-law and grandfather to Stephen, James, Daniel, Niall, Olivia and Jude; brother of Marjorie and the late Marie Thérèse and Noelle.

His remains will be removed from his late home, 90 Beech Drive, Ballymena at 9.30am on Tuesday 14th October to All Saints Church for funeral after 10am. Requiem Mass interment afterwards at Saint Patrick’s, burying ground, Crebilly.
